8th Annual Police, Fire & Sheriff 9/11 Memorial 5K

Applications are now being accepted for the eighth annual Arlington Police, Fire & Sheriff 9/11 Memorial 5K run. The race is set for 6 pm on Saturday, September 5.

Proceeds from the race will be donated to public safety and military support organizations. The charities selected all focus on the healing of military personnel and civilians directly affected by the war on terrorism and the attacks against America on September 11, 2001. The race has raised and donated over a quarter of a million dollars in the past seven years.
