Screen Shot 2016-03-29 at 11.01.08 PMDuring World War II, Frances Ellis was a teenager fresh out of high school living in Oregon.  During the war, she worked as a contractor for Boeing making P38’s.  Many of the women at that time were referred to as “Rosie the Riveter.”
